How refunds work: research materials are final sale, with one exception — our Purity Guarantee.
Final sale, with one exception
Research materials are sold on a final-sale basis. The one exception is our Purity Guarantee: if independent, third-party laboratory testing shows a product is below its stated purity or otherwise off-specification, we refund that order in full.
This Refund & Returns Policy explains when Axos Research ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") issues refunds or replacements for Products purchased through our Site. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions; where this policy and the Terms address the same subject, they are intended to be consistent.
Research materials are sold on a final-sale basis. The sole exception is our Purity Guarantee: if independent, third-party laboratory testing shows a product falls below its stated purity or is otherwise off-specification, we refund that order in full. Products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are replaced or, at the buyer's option, refunded. Except as stated here, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any other reason.
Section 1
Because of the nature of research materials and the compliance and integrity considerations involved, Products are sold on a final-sale basis. Except as expressly provided in this policy, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason, including change of mind, buyer's remorse, or a change in your research requirements.
Opened, reconstituted, or used Products cannot be returned under any circumstances. This does not affect your rights under the Purity Guarantee or the damaged, defective, or incorrect-Product remedy described below.
Section 2
The sole exception to our final-sale policy is our Purity Guarantee. If independent, third-party laboratory testing shows that a Product falls below its stated purity or is otherwise off-specification, we will refund that order in full.
How to claim
Email us at support@axospeptides.com with your order number and the independent laboratory report (for example, an HPLC or mass-spectrometry result from an accredited lab). Once the result is verified against the Certificate of Analysis published for your lot, we refund the full order price to your original payment method.
The Purity Guarantee covers the purity and identity of the material as measured against the specification we publish for that lot. It does not cover suitability for any particular research application, degradation caused by storage or handling after delivery, or results that depend on how the material was used.
Section 3
If a Product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence. At your option, we will replace the Product or refund that order.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship the order once at no additional charge.
Section 4
Except where an order is refunded under the Purity Guarantee or for a damaged, defective, or incorrect Product, the following are non-refundable:
An order that we are unable to fulfil — for example, an order placed with an out-of-region shipping address — is cancelled before dispatch and any payment is refunded in full.
Section 5
To request a refund or replacement under this policy, email support@axospeptides.com with your order number and the relevant supporting information — a third-party laboratory report for a Purity Guarantee claim, or photographs for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for a refund to appear depends on your payment provider.
Section 6
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to first contact us at support@axospeptides.com so we can resolve the issue. Filing a chargeback without contacting us, or for a reason contrary to our Terms (including buyer's remorse or intended-use objections after you confirmed research-use-only at checkout), constitutes a breach of the Terms. We may treat such disputes as fraudulent, suspend or terminate the account, and submit your research-use consent record and order history as evidence.
