Welcome to Axos Peptides. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Axos Peptides website (the "Site") and the purchase of products from Axos Peptides ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our Site or placing an order, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our products.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site or making a purchase.
Section 1
"Products" refers to all research peptides, compounds, and related materials offered for sale on the Axos Peptides website.
"Research Purposes" refers to legitimate scientific research, laboratory experimentation, educational study, and in-vitro testing conducted by qualified individuals or institutions.
"Order" refers to any purchase request submitted through our Site for Products.
"Certificate of Analysis (COA)" refers to documentation verifying the identity, purity, and quality of Products.
Section 2
All Products sold by Axos Peptides are intended strictly for research, laboratory, and educational purposes only. Products are NOT intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, diagnostic purposes, or any form of bodily introduction.
Our Products are NOT foods, drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. They have NOT been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory agency for human use.
Axos Peptides makes no claims regarding the therapeutic, medicinal, or health benefits of any Products for humans or animals. Any reference to research studies, clinical trials, or scientific literature on our Site is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice or imply suitability for human use.
By purchasing from Axos Peptides, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified researcher, scientist, or individual conducting legitimate research, and that you will use all Products exclusively for lawful research purposes in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Axos Peptides expressly disclaims any and all liability for the misuse of Products, including but not limited to human consumption, animal consumption, therapeutic application, or any use contrary to these Terms.
Section 3
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use our Site and purchase Products.
By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts and that your use of our Site and Products does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to suspected misuse of Products, violation of these Terms, or fraudulent activity.
Section 4
All orders placed through our Site constitute an offer to purchase Products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. An order is not considered accepted until we send an order confirmation email.
All prices displayed on our Site are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a Product will be the price displayed at the time of order placement.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT), and bank transfers for qualifying orders. All payments must be received in full before order processing begins.
All payment information is processed through secure, encrypted payment processors. Axos Peptides does not store your complete credit card information on our servers.
You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), customs duties, import fees, or other taxes or charges imposed by your jurisdiction. Axos Peptides will collect sales tax where required by law.
Orders may be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting customer support. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Section 5
We ship via reputable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping method selection is available at checkout based on your location and order value.
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in shipping confirmation emails. Domestic US orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International orders typically arrive within 7-21 business days. These are estimates only; actual delivery times may vary.
Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Axos Peptides is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by carriers once Products have been shipped.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Axos Peptides is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
International customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all import laws, customs regulations, and restrictions in their country. Axos Peptides is not responsible for customs seizures, delays, duties, taxes, or any other issues arising from international shipments.
We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain countries or regions at our sole discretion.
Section 6
If you receive a damaged or incorrect Product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence. We will replace the Product at our discretion.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship the order once at no additional charge.
Due to the nature of research peptides and compliance considerations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any Products, including but not limited to unopened, unused, or unused-in-original-packaging Products.
Opened, reconstituted, or used Products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances.
Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and any third-party fees are non-refundable.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all Products are sold on a final-sale basis, that no refunds or returns will be issued for any reason, and that the sole remedy available to you is replacement of a Product that is verified to be damaged or incorrect upon delivery, as outlined above.
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to first contact us at support@axospeptides.com so we can resolve the issue. Filing a chargeback without contacting us, or for a reason contrary to these Terms (including buyer's remorse or intended-use objections after you confirmed research-use-only at checkout), constitutes a breach of these Terms. We may treat such disputes as fraudulent, suspend or terminate the account, and submit your research-use consent record and order history as evidence.
Section 7
We strive to provide accurate Product descriptions, including purity levels, quantities, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that Product descriptions or other content on our Site are complete, accurate, reliable, current, or error-free.
Any information regarding research studies, mechanisms of action, or scientific data provided on our Site is for informational and educational purposes only. Such information does not constitute medical advice, and Axos Peptides makes no representation regarding the applicability of such information to human health or disease.
COAs are provided for all Products and represent testing results at the time of manufacture. Storage conditions after purchase may affect Product integrity.
Axos Peptides makes no warranty that Products are fit for any particular research purpose. It is your responsibility to determine whether a Product is suitable for your specific research application.
Minor variations between batches may occur and are normal in peptide synthesis. All Products will meet or exceed stated purity specifications.
Section 8
All content on our Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Axos Peptides or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Site for personal, non-commercial purposes related to purchasing Products.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from our Site without our prior written consent.
"Axos Peptides" and our logo are trademarks of Axos Peptides. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Site, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
By providing your email address, you consent to receive order confirmations, shipping notifications, and customer service communications. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AXOS PEPTIDES PROVIDES THE SITE AND PRODUCTS "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AXOS PEPTIDES, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE OR WHETHER AXOS PEPTIDES WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL AXOS PEPTIDES' TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO AXOS PEPTIDES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIABILITY. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT AXOS PEPTIDES HAS OFFERED ITS PRODUCTS AND ENTERED INTO THESE TERMS IN RELIANCE UPON THE DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SET FORTH HEREIN, WHICH FORM AN ESSENTIAL BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN YOU AND AXOS PEPTIDES.
Section 12
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Axos Peptides, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
Axos Peptides reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.
Section 13
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our Site or Products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceeding, you agree to first contact us at support@axospeptides.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
If we are unable to resolve a dispute informally, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the jurisdiction set out in Section 13.1, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the court's jurisdiction.
Nothing in this Section shall prevent Axos Peptides from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Section 14
Axos Peptides reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our Site with a new "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of our Site or purchase of Products after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of our Site.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
Section 15
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published on our Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Axos Peptides regarding your use of our Site and purchase of Products.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
Axos Peptides shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or interruptions in telecommunications or internet services.
The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to Sections 2, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, and 13.
